I will lead a Connections discussion at this year’s NCECA conference held in Pittsburgh (March 19-22) entitled: “Getting on board: proactive strategies to secure needed institutional support for a healthier and safer studio.” Please join me if you would like to learn more or if you have positive experiences to share.

I am also pleased to announce my acceptance into the International Academy of Ceramics (IAC). I join 500 other ceramicists and individual members from a total of 55 nations in the principal organization representing the interests of ceramists worldwide. The next IAC general assembly will be held next September in Xian, China. I will be attending and also have work featured in an exhibition there.
